Leeds Multi-Agency Procedures 2009

The Leeds Safeguarding Adults Partnership Board have revised the Leeds Multi-agency Policy and Procedures. The new policy and procedures are in use from August 2009.

The August 2009 policy and procedures will be kept under review in the light of the national review of the No Secrets guidance, and will be revised, as required, following publication of the Government’s revised national guidance.

The Policy and Procedures document has been split into four parts:

  Part 1: Multi-Agency Policy

  Part 2: Multi-Agency Procedures

  Part 3: Appendices to Multi-Agency Policy and Procedures

  Part 4: The Forms

Each part has its own table of contents. You can also download a composite table of contents showing the contents of all three parts in a single document:
